Can you use BOOK☆WALKER Japan outside Japan?
Yes. BOOK☆WALKER’s official Japan Store help says it can be used from outside Japan, although some titles and series reservations may not be available overseas.

BookWalker’s English support explains that Japanese-language eBooks are only available on the Japan Store. The Japan Store and English/global store use separate accounts, libraries and promotions.
Payments from outside Japan
The official Japan Store FAQ lists credit card and PayPal among the methods available when accessing from outside Japan. The final charged amount may depend on your payment provider and currency conversion.
What this guide does not promise
